At Whisper Web, we strive to provide the best AI speech recognition experience. This Refund Policy explains our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.
Credit Purchases
All credit purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the credits have been used. If you have purchased credits and have not used them, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase
- The credits have not been consumed
- The account is in good standing
Subscription Plans
For subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period
- You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period
Exceptions
We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues: If a service outage or technical error prevented you from using the service and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase
- Unauthorized charges: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@whisperweb.art with:
- Your account email address
- The order ID or transaction reference
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting documentation
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
