Honest limits
Processing runs in the cloud. It is not local, and it is not unlimited free transcription. Each task is capped at 1GB and 60 minutes. Credits are 0.5 for a clip of 30 seconds or less, then 1 credit per started minute. Optional AI actions on Pro and Max use additional credits.
WhisperWeb has no live meeting bot, no CRM integrations, and no cross-meeting search. Speaker labels and timestamps are available on every plan, including the free allowance, but AI features such as summary, chat, and translation need Pro or Max. See current plans and usage limits. Review transcripts before you rely on them; names, numbers, and overlapping speech still need a human check.
